ATN-XPIHandler is a basic extension to support add-on installation from https://addons.thunderbird.net, without requiring the privileged "mozAddonManager" API.

It works by simply removing the "content-disposition" header for ".xpi" files downloaded from https://addons.thunderbird.net.
